Uno de 50

Towards the end of the 1990s, a group of designers, all decidedly artistic and certainly rebellious, decided to create a collection of jewelery and accessories that would break away from the mold of classic designs and represent something new-design in its pure state, free of fashions and trends, design with personality.

And driven by the desire to offer very exclusive pieces, they decided not to make more than 50 pieces per model and number each one of them. Then, all that was left was to give their idea a name.

The designer Concha Diaz del Rio, the true architect of the whole project, decided to ask for help from a close friend of hers, a wellknown author and scriptwriter, who, after hearing the story, suggested that if they were only going to make 50 pieces, anyone getting one would only have one of 50. So, why not give them that name, Uno de 50 and that was the start of… Uno de 50.
